Registration for the tournament, along with other necessary forms (Hole Sponsor) will be available at the Golf Tournament table in the lobby of the Parish Center.

Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations will be accepted without payment. Registrations may be dropped off anytime at the Parish Office.

4^th ANNUAL LUCKY GOLF BALL DROP
October 17, 2010 - Following the Golf Tournament

50/50 TYPE RAFFLE Balls purchased for $25 each, or 5 balls for $100
The 5 golf balls landing closest to the designated golf flag are the winners.
50% of Golf Ball Drop proceeds will go to ST. John the Evangelist Parish.
***If each family in our Parish bought just one golf ball, we'd surpass our goal!

And who knows? You could be the lucky winner!

Hole Sponsors and Door Prize Donations would be greatly appreciated.
Any donations of bottled water, soda or beer would be appreciated along
with any donations of snacks such as pretzels, potato chips, cookies candy bars.
